\n<\/span>Stitches<\/b>: Once you place the order and receive e-mail confirmation, the order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question<\/b>: How long does it take to process a refund?<\/span>
\n<\/span>Stitches<\/b>: Once we receive the order, we will review and approve it. The refund will be processed within 14 days and notice of the refund will be sent to the e-mail used for the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Stitches<\/b>: Of course, the Consumer Protection Law allows you to cancel a transaction within 14 business days \u2013 less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction. It is important to consider the shipping costs.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Where a transaction is canceled due to a flawed product, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee and the full amount will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n
